Well, the day is finally here after two years of political ads, wrangling, horse trading, and whatever else you want to call it, π¬πππππππ π«ππ ππ ππππ.The $1,000,000 question is π ππ πππ ππππ?
Regardless of who you vote forβand admittedly, I've been pretty vocal about who I supportβevery person eligible to vote needs to vote.
Some will say my vote doesn't matterβ¦. That is not true, ππ―ππ«π² π―π¨ππ π¦πππππ«π¬.
Regrettably, in this country, only 20% to 40% of eligible voters cast their votes every election.
That apathy is astounding⦠we're not guaranteed the right to vote will always be here in our country. I'm sure there are many residents of countries where that right is no longer afforded. Their citizens would probably give many body parts to be able to cast a vote.
Quite frankly, there are no excuses. Right or wrong, our government has made it very easy to vote.
So do your civic duty today, get out to the polls, and cast your vote.
And tomorrow, if you would like to visit about commercial or farm real estate, give me a call or an e-mail. We'll talk like old friends, even if we differ politically. It's OK; we'll still talk like old friends.
